All manually operated hydraulic ground handling wheel overhauls include the following:

1.      Complete Disassembly, Stripping and Media Blasting of parts.

2.      Detailed Visual and NDT Inspections.

3.      Replacement of unserviceable parts. At additional cost.

4.      Installation of New Seal Kits.

5.      New Wheel Bearings and Races (BHT) or Roller Bearings (Eurocopter).

6.      New Tires and Tubes.

7.      Paint and Final Finish.

8.      Functional Testing to ensure no leaks are detected and the GHW’s are functioning to manufactures specifications. All functional testing is done using a skid tube test rig that simulates the actual weight of an operational helicopter for that type of ground handling wheel.

Overhaul cost for 1 Eurocopter AS350, AS355, EC120, EC130, EC135 manually hydraulic operated Ground handling Wheel is $1,600.00 USD. This cost does not include any additional replacment parts that are worn, damaged or missing and freight charges. The lead time for the overhaul is approximately 1 week upon delivery to our facility.

Overhaul cost for 1 Eurocopter BK117 / EC145 manually hydraulic Ground Handling Wheel is $2,100.00 USD. This cost does not include any additional replacement parts that are worn, damaged or missing and freight charges. The lead time for the overhaul is approximately 1 week upon delivery to our facility.

Overhaul cost for 1 BHT 206,204/212/214 manually hydraulic operated Ground Handling Wheel is $2,100.00 USD. This cost does not include any additional replacement parts that are worn, damaged or missing and freight charges. The lead time for the overhaul is approximately 1 weeks upon delivery to our facility.
